Maid service is provided throughout the day providing fresh water, litter and clean linens as needed. And will happily serve your feline friend their own food as directed.
We love cats and know cats love to play! While your favorite feline friend is vacationing with us we also provide toys, catnip, scratchers, and interactive toys to stimulate their natural instinct to jump, scratch, run and play. We have toys for all personalities.

We work closely with the Completely Cat Clinic. If there's an emergency outside of business hours we're here to take your cat to Urgent Pet Care West. We're also conveniently located behind Backlund Animal Hospital.
Does your cat need medicated? No problem! Our highly trained staff is trained to administer insulin, subcutaneous fluids, pills and any other medications that your cat needs (as long as your cat will allow it). It should be noted that medication administration is FREE during business hours. A fee of $10.00 is added for each time medication that is administered outside of our regular business hours.
Healthy Cats are Happy Cats
In order to protect your cats health, your cats must be current on Rabies and distemper vaccines. At The Grand Feline Hotel and Salon, we recommend that your feline friend with over due vaccinations receive them at least two weeks before their stay.
Upon their arrival, all cats are checked for fleas, and if needed a flea bath and treatment is done. A flea preventative such as Frontline or Revolution needs to be applied either prior to the stay of your cat or our staff can apply it for you upon arrival for $15 per application. We do not allow flea collars.
We'll Feed Your Cute Kitty
We require you to provide your cat with their regular diet. We do this to ensure consistency in their life so there is less risk of stomach issues and reduce the risk of picky eaters that may stop eating. Stress can also cause a cat to stop eating, we will give your cat 2 nights to adjust to our enviornment before we step in with other options and or begin force feeding with a syringe.
*Be sure to bring enough food for your cats entire stay, if your cat runs out you will be charge an errand fee of $20 plus the cost of food.

- Our staff will provide your feline with plenty of toys, bowls, blankets and litter. However, you are more than welcome to bring anything that your cat absolutely love to snuggle with from your home. We recommend you to bring a blanket or bed that smells like home.
- When you drop off we'll fill out a quick form and go over your cat's individual needs.
- You'll be able to take your cat and get them set up in their suite by yourself. You can take all the time you need to say good-bye to your ball of fur.

Amazing Suite Levels for Your Fur Friend
Our professional groomers at The Grand Feline Hotel and Salon will provide you with three amazing choices of suites to choose from for your little feline. You can choose any of them that best suits the needs of your pet. Get quick, quiet and clean services for the well-being of your lovely cats.
Single classic suite: For single classic suite, we charge $35 per night a cat. An additonal fee of $15 per night for each additional cat that your bring. We'll provide your kitty with an approximately 9x4 ft. room that features one cat tower, ledge and has window to hallway. It can hold 1-2 cats from same family.
Double classic suite: The double classic suite is approx 10x6 ft for $45 per night and $15 for each additional cat. It can hold up to 3-4 cats from same family.
Deluxe suite: For delux suite, we charge $50 per night for a cat. An additional fee of $15 per night for each additional cat that you bring. Here your kitty will get a room of the size approximate to 10x8 ft. that features a toddler sized bed, one cat tower, ledges and has a window out to lobby.
Luxury suite: We charge $60 per night for a cat. An additional fee of $15 per night for each additional cat that you bring. Your cat will get a room of size 10 x 15 ft. approximately that features a 32-inch TV playing cat flix, a large bench, several cat trees, several ledges, scratchers and has large windows to outside and inside. Luxury suite is our best selling suite, and as there are only three of them, they get reserved quickly.

You can check in between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM and check out between 9:00 AM and noon. However, it should be noted here that an early check in and a late check out may be available for an additional fee of $25.

Cancellation Policy
We have a strict cancellation Policy, please read over our protocols below and get your suite booked today!
- We require a half down deposit to reserve your cats suite via credit card or through PayPal for ease of refund if necessary.
- At time of booking you will need to know and provide minimum dates requested for boarding, you may add to your stay if we have availability, and dates will be added on to end of bill at check out. However, if you pick up prior to check out date you are still responsible for paying for all dates reserved.
- You can receive a refund for your deposit if you cancel 7 days or more prior to check in date. If you cancel 6 days or less before your check in date, you will not get your deposit back, but you will NOT be charged for the other half.
At this time we have added a COVID cancellation policy. If your trip is cancelled 6 days or less before check in due to COVID-19 we require a doctors note if you or someone in your household have tested positive. Or proof from your hotel, Airbnb, airline, cruise line, etc. that they cancelled your trip due to COVID you will get a full refund via credit card or PayPal. WE WILL GIVE YOU AN IN STORE CREDIT FOR FUTURE BOARDING OR GROOMING IF NO PROOF AND 6 DAYS OR LESS BEFORE CHECK IN DATE.
