This was a great experience. I took my (fairly wild - scared) cat Eleanor here because she was matted and needed to be shaved. They were so careful and calm with her. They got the job done, and she really seemed relaxed as we drove home. Eleanor highly recommends this place, and so do I!

My black male cat named Keflavik has long hair. I have brought him here for a lion cut and bath for the last 2 years. I drive in from Lincoln because I trust their care and I have also boarded him. They can be trusted to care for your cat like you would yourself.

This was the first time I boarded my cat anywhere, and I was 100% satisfied! They were so kind and attentive to everything. The camera was so reassuring, when I texted them for updates on how my cat was doing, they were super informative and definitely helped to ease my worries. If I could give more stars, I would:) Nothing but raving reviews.

Wish I could give more stars! They do an excellent job grooming my cat, the place is clean, welcoming and the staff is very helpful. I had no idea how to care for a long haired cat, and they answered all of my questions and gave great recommendations.

Oh my goodness, Helena has trouble bathing herself and after her fantastic near two-hour spa treatment, she is feeling fancy. Thank you!!!!

We recently boarded our 3 boys while we were on vacation. The care and accommodations were top-notch! We loved being able to watch & talk to them via camera, and appreciated the sweet notes on their “report cards”. Highly recommend!

I recently had to board my pretty kitty while I was out of town. My little girl has new needs as she was recently diagnosed with diabetes. My veterinarian’s office recommended The Grand Feline Hotel, and I’m so glad they did! I was very nervous to leave my little girl, but they immediately put me at ease. They were very responsive and friendly. The “room” my kitty stayed in was so cute, and I was able to watch her on video camera (and talk to her, too!). I will definitely return!

We've boarded our cat 3 times over the past year and half here. Each time the service, accommodations and staff have been fantastic. We'll continue to board our cat here. Wonderful people and the rooms are perfect!

Simon and Garfunkel have been going to Jenny since she was doing it in her home. I've appreciated her work on my Persians' lion cuts. She's created a really nice facility and the groomers I've encountered seem to really love the kitties.
